Cactus Branch

Cacti should have a chance to grow branches on their sides. It would be as random as the chance of a cactus flower growing on top of a cactus. They could also be harvested and placed on other cacti. And like normal cacti, a cactus branch could be turned into green dye. However, it would be small enough to not need to be smelted fist.

    I feel like that should be apart of the new cactus that was showed inside that mob vote from a couple years (which I believe only spawned in Mesas). While the current cactus only would spawn in Deserts
