Snowy Grass & Biome Tinting

We have regular short and tall grass, dry short and tall grass, so we should be able to have Snowy short and tall grass. This would blend in and be placeable on snow layers, so the awkward grass squares which are visible when current grass is placed on them would no longer be needed.

Also, tint dry grass and bushes depending on the biome they are placed in, e.g dry grass and bushes in the Badlands would be orange.
