Crossbow icicles: adding extrinsic value to daily minecraft nature pt 7

Many people were wanting icicles andi think I finally came up witha unique and well made idea for such a block. When icicles are placed on a blok underneath a water source, they will drip water and become larger, but they will also create a new decoration block called black ice on the floor, which is extra slippery and harder to see. Next, when you break icicles, it allows you to load a crossbow with it. If you shoot it and hit an entity, it will shatter and send shards of ice out in a small explosion doing damage to surrounding mobs. I think this addition would add som value to exploring cold biomes like snowy taiga, frozen peaks, or ice spikes so that there isn't no reasons to be there instead of leaving.
