Realm Member Permissions

Hi. I play on my friend's realm a lot and it can be annoying changing the difficulty. My friend is very busy most of the time and doesn't have the time to change the difficulty. I feel that an operator or specifically selected members should have the ability to change the difficulty of the world.

(Bedrock Edition)

    Alternatively, there could be a new player permission that allows a player to change the difficulty of the current world they are in.
