The Bittern is a type of bird that lives in marshes and preys on frogs. They have feathers and long necks designed to conceal themselves among the reeds. With the recent addition of frogs and firefly bushes they would be an excellent expansion to avian life, as well as serve an integral role in a more cohesive ecosystem. They should hunt both frogs and fish, while themselves being prey to foxes and wolves. They should spawn near rivers and in swamp biomes. They should drop feathers and raw poultry. In order to breed bitterns, frogspawn should be used.
