Delete the experimental content that reduces the textures of some blocks.

I think the new experimental options added by the official in version 1.21.60.27 are really bad. Even though I haven't used them, I know they're meant to assist players with low - end configurations. If you enable the "Beta API", when your memory is low, it will gradually reduce the resolution of some textures to save memory. However, I don't quite support this idea. I'm not trying to look down on those players with low - memory devices.
