Dry Leaves

Dry leaves would be a leaf block that would generate naturally and be crafted by putting four leaf litters in a square. Some trees would have dry leaves instead of their natural leaves, adding more variety to forested areas. Also, some trees grown from saplings would have a chance to have dry leaves. Hitting dry leaves without shears or a hoe would grant the player leaf litter.
