Firefly Bushes should be visually animated in the inventory

Currently, when a Firefly Bush is placed in the daytime, you can see little animated dots that fade in and out to represent that Fireflies are inside the bush. This same visual effect effect should be applied to the icon of the Firefly Bush in the Inventory and Hotbar similar to that of other blocks/items with animated items (Ex: Sculk Block, Compass, Stonecutter). Not only would this provide better visibility, but it would help to distinguish it more from the other bushes.

    After further research, this appears to be a parity issue between Bedrock and Java. In Java the firefly pixels flash and are visible in the inventory texture of the Firefly Bush, while on Bedrock, the Firefly Bush looks like any other bush and there is no visual way to tell that it has fireflies in it.
