Particles fade out/away instead of vanishing

Since were doing a ambiance/ looks update, I think it would be cool if all lt most particles fade away instead of just popping out of existence. This would look especially good on the new falling leaves and breaking blocks. Maybe not every particle needs this so you could make it a boolean for any modders or resource pack makers.
