Bush and Firefly bush placement fix

Most natural blocks, like Grass, aren’t perfectly centered when placed, making them feel more natural. However, the Bush and Firefly Bush sit exactly in the middle. To keep things consistent with other natural blocks, their placement should be adjusted to match.

Right now, both the Bush and Firefly Bush have a full-block hitbox, while Grass has a smaller one. Since bushes aren’t actually bigger than Grass, their hitbox should be adjusted to match for consistency.

    I'd rather have all of them centered. At least for plants planted by the player.

    It is almost impossible to make a beautiful flower bed when the plants are sticking out all over the place and not in a neat row.
