Make villagers able to be infected and recurred for lower prices again.

In Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.20.3, they removed the ability to get low prices by infecting and curing them. You can do it once to get a slight discount, but you can't get any lower. This was a big part of the game, and many people used this to get better gear and loot.
