Bears and bear variants

I think that the Polar Bear should be updated and turned into a variant of a new Bear mob. This Bear mob would have the same behavior as the Polar Bear and come in three variants: Polar Bear, Brown Bear and Black Bear. These three variants would spawn in separate biomes. They would all use the same behavior with the exception of Black and Brown variants spawning less frequently meaning they wouldn't pose a large threat to new players yet still add a small amount of danger if the bear had a cub with it. 

Polar Bear: The Polar Bear variant would stay the same and spawn in the same biomes.

Brown Bear: The Brown bear would spawn in the Taiga, old growth pine taiga and Old growth spruce taiga.

Black Bear: The Black Bear would spawn in the Forest and Flower forest.
