Minecraft Universe mob constintency

Make all mobs in the Minecraft universe appear in normal Minecraft and logical places in all spinoffs, except if a spin-off mob is clearly exctinct or ancient.

    Also make an exception for mobs that only exist during a spin-off game because of lore. (e. g. whisperers, the arch-illager, the hosts, etc.)
