(Java Parity) Test blocks

Test blocks were added to Java in 25w03a. These blocks are missing from Bedrock Edition. This is a technical block used for game tests, which supports modders and add-on creators.

This block has 4 modes:

Start

Triggers a redstone pulse when the test starts.

Log

Logs a message to the log file when powered by redstone.

Fail

Fails the assigned test when powered by redstone.

Accept

Completes the assigned test when powered by redstone.
