Revert MC-152728

Intro

Before the bug MC-152728 was patched, many simple but effective ways of moving in Minecraft existed for over a decade. These include: sneaking, crawling, eating or drinking, using a spyglass, blocking with a shield, charging a bow or crossbow, preparing to throw a trident, using a goat horn, and flying with elytra. 

Please vote if you wish to bring back this "bug".
