Cocoa trees cant actually grow super tall so perhaps mahogany and/or kapok could replace the large jungle trees that generate there (as they do actually grow really tall). Also having something like rubber trees which players could gather sap to turn into slimeballs could generate similar to smaller current jungle trees.
Normally I'd argue that three tree types per biome is enough but for a biome based on somewhere with such diverse flora irl I think it could actually not only benefit from having more than the usual number of wood types from a gameplay perspective, but would also help teach people about the wide variety of flora these important regions possess in the real world as well.
