Bass and trout (freshwater fish that do the same thing)

I'm grouping these two potential mobs together as they would both just be freshwater fish that act kind of the same way cod and salmon do in oceans. They would door themselves as items upon death and could be cooked just like cod or salmon. They wouldn't do anything too crazy but would still add a whole lot of life to rivers and swamps
