Replace Jungle temples and make them a variant of the Trials. The structure would take on the form of perhaps mossy variants of stone bricks. The structure could also more focus on puzzle solving rather than beating mobs for keys. Treasure could include the specific armor trim for the jungle biome and focus on red stone items. Mobs like cave spiders, skeleton jockeys, the bog, and the breeze (unless a new signature mob for this trial is thought of). A signature mob I thought of is a spider that carries an egg sack on its back, releasing baby spiders when defeated. This new spider could be a good source of cobwebs, which cannot be traditionally crafted. A new weapon that could be crafted from materials found at this trial could be a spear, which can hit mobs from up to 5-6 blocks away. Not specifically related to the jungle trial, I think pebbles could be added as a biome decoration, akin to the pink flowers found in cherry blossom biomes. Perhaps another thing that works with the jungle trial, is a new trap, the net. This red stone trap can be crafted from drops of silk from the new spider mob. When placed on the ground, the net can be set to wait until a certain mob or player comes within its range and then traps that creature forcing it to stay still and it cannot attack for around a few seconds. The net can also be placed in water to capture fish overtime. That is all, thank you.
