When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

upgrade minecart with chest 

My idea is that minecarts with chests can load chunks when moving, this would serve to make a system in the mine to send the chest up to leave items and return for the next time you need to save materials, this would encourage the use of rails and minecarts and would make the game experience more fun.

    yes, there should probably be some form of game rule so that people on public servers don`t build an undectectable lag machine. (i.e. hypertnt cannon loading thousands of chunks)
