Tall flower variants and flower bushes

Previously 1 block tall flowers could be bonemealed or found in flower forests, meadows, birch forests and old growth birch forests to create 2 block tall flowers. This would look similar to the concept art for the birch forest as shown in 1.19 as well as having other extra variants. This could apply to: allium, poppy, dandelion (maybe in a fluffy seed form with particles), oxeye daisy, lily of the valley or blue orchid. Possibly also bush variants that could be bonemealed to grow larger and look like blocks but slow you down when passing through
