Different leaf litter for every leaf block

Every different type of leaf should have a different leaf litter and a different animation from the others (for example spruce trees have needles). Then, if you "smelt" any of the leaf litter you can obtain the brown/dryer version

    The simplest version of this could involve varying the color of leaf litter based on the biome, rather than implementing a separate block for each leaf type.

    However, just varying the color wouldn't be realistic for spruce needles, and also would restrict players looking to place a certain color litter outside its native biome.
