This NEEDS to be a thing. There is no reason why there isn't at least a simple URL that takes you to FindMCServer on the home page of the launcher, and/or across the top of the Java Edition and Bedrock Edition pages. Mojang aren't opposed to linking to third-party sites - they used to have a link to the Minecraft Forums on previous versions of the launcher, and they have a link to NameMC to this day (in Settings -> About). They have also announced the birth and 1-year anniversary of FindMCServer in the launcher already.

A simple link to FindMCServer would surely make it blow all the other pay-to-win server lists out of the water in terms of traffic. This would benefit both server owners and players, from both gameplay and safety/practical standpoints.

    UP-VOTE THIS POST!!!

Been saying this for over a year.. Findmcserver could be HUGE for small servers that don't engage in the same manner of predatory marketing strategies or have a massive budget for advertising. The Minecraft server industry is very top heavy, and this badly affects the player experience because players have a hard time finding "their" server. Any server listing site you visit other than Findmcserver, you will see the same servers listed on the site, because they all pay huge monthly premiums to be listed there. Unfortunately Findmcserver's SEO is not strong enough to beat them, nor does it have the budget to do so considering it's (mostly) a free service.
Please Mojang, Gamersafer has done an amazing job building a safe, EULA compliant, and family friendly community to showcase high quality servers to a wider audience. Please help them out. That one week shoutout they got in the launcher, and a single tweet several months ago, is simply not enough to promote this great service.

I think that this would be massive for server discovery and would do wonders at damaging the server list slot selling business that hurts the minecraft community at a whole as the same few server are the ones that can buy their way to more players. Launcher is perfect for this especially if Mojang feels like they can't modify the multiplayer screen on java due to it being really old or something like that. If they are willing to put a minecraft movie promo in the launcher I don't think they think its sacred enough to not touch for new stuff like this. Also this would perfectly integrate into the quickplay system they made relatively recently. The server list could be a tab on the java launcher and it would then pull the list from the gamer safer list basically from the internet. Then when you clicked on a server to join it could pull the IP from the website and boot up minecraft immediately joining the server. Maybe like in the UI for the list there could be a "Join Server With Profile" selector thing so that you could select a profile like the MC version to join the server with. Then if you press the button and boot up minecraft to join the server, it could then add the server to your server list. This would help like if you have the wrong version or for some reason can't join the server as you wouldn't want to go back to the launcher for that. In addition, the IP should be visible in the list as well. But that's all the fancy stuff that's possible if you integrate it.

I put this in the gamersafer discord, but figured I would copy it here. The easiest thing they could do to drive traffic to the official server list is just have a tab in the launcher that says Server list and basically says "here is a link to the official server list".
