Lock data type support in all storage blocks

Currently, only chests, barrels, furnaces, crafters and other have the lock data type available.

But it doesn't apply to EVERY storage blocks (e.g. Chiseled Bookshelf, Lecterns, Pots, Jukebox, Composter, and a bit of an outlier... Ender Chests). As they are still able to be interacted with even in adventure mode.

And over the course of many years.

Mapmakers and alike are using the lock data more as a way to disable player's block interaction rather than the original concept of using an item to unlock it.
