In Java, to craft a posable armor stand with arms, place an Armor stand in a crafting table with 2 sticks on either side. In Bedrock, the recipe for the Posable Armor Stand now crafts the armless version. After the update, existing armed Armor Stands in worlds will remain with arms, but the Armor Stand crafting recipe will produce the armless variant by default in Bedrock.
