allow leaf litter on other blocks

Allowing leaf litter to be placed on other blocks would make this new foliage more useful in building; for example, being able to place leaf litter on cobblestone will allow for unique cobble paths

    Also I suggest that if you place leaf litter on campfires the way food can be placed on a campfire that it create a taller plume of smoke the way haybales to.

    Yes please was excited about leaf litter and this drop until I discovered it could only be placed on nature blocks - I understand why this is the case for the new wild flowers as they sprout from the ground, but I can place leaf blocks above stone bricks and watch how the leaves particles fall down onto them, but I can't place the leaf litter myself? It doesn't make sense to me

    Also I most times of year I can go outside and see leaf litter on the pavement or side of the road!

    I want to upvote this. I love the new leaf litter block, but one of the very first uses I wanted for it would be as floor litter in tombs and catacombs, but currently it cannot be places on stone, cobblestone, stone bricks, polished andesite, and a variety of other "floor" blocks. Even something like spruce planks on a porch. Would be nice to be able to place leaves anywhere we want (like carpet).
