New use for cows

Since one main aspect of Minecraft is farming why not use cows to plow the fields? Make it a upgrade over a hoe and allow the player to till 2 rows at once and speed up process, or something along these lines. We already have leather for the harness and iron for the plow. Make where you have to tame the cow to plow. Make it a challenge but it would make cows more useful.
