Lodestone generating at ruined nether portals not in chests

The lodestone currently can generate in chests are ruin portals, while this is a good change, I feel it can be better. I think the lodestone should generate in the structure itself and would generate similar to a gold block. I feel this fits the game better as a lodestone doesn't really belong in a chest, and it works lore wise, the creature (probably piglins) building the ruined portals needed to find their way back to their nether portals in the nether and otherworld.
