Forest feedback/ classic Forests shouldn't have leaf litter

The brown leaf litter everywhere accompanied by falling leaves makes the old green Forests look too autumnal/seasonal and I preferred the old classic look. I'd prefer if it was a new biome or there was seasons in the game. 

I don't mind the falling leaves that much but maybe they could only happen when it rains or thunders, or if it's windy as a new weather.

  A alternative to having no leaf litter at all would to have the leaf litter generate in decrease density from the trunks of trees, this makes sense as there is more leaves there. It would also blend the leaf litter better into the environment as at the moment they appear out of place. If you still want leaf litter in forest and agree it feels out of place, vote this comment up.

  Variation in amount of leaf litter per biome would be better

  Leaf litter generation should either be decreased or the color should more closely match the grass or leaf color.
