Make leaf litter's colour dependant on the biome

The brown leaves do not fit in biomes with trees that have green leaf blocks. The colour should depend on the biome. For example:

Regular forests should have just your regular green leaves

Birch forests should have slightly lighter green leaves along with the wild flowers it already has

Spruce forests should have dark green leaves

The wooded badlands should be the biome with the brown leaves

etc.

To go along with this suggestion, I believe that different coloured leaf litter should be separate blocks, this will allow builders to place whatever leaves they want, and not be forced to a specific colour due to the biome that they are in
