Proximity chat in Bedrock

Add proxy chat to bedrock and maybe Java, using parties is great but the fun and practicality of proximity chat is very worth adding to the game. Make it so that your MC account has an option whether its allowed or not so parents ca disable it entirely if needed. It should be in the world settings to toggle it on on the world or off on the world. There should be a menu where you can change the audio settings, mute yourself or others and make calls, similar to the Java Mod. Also a fun easter egg could be that skulk sensors can hear you if you are talking too loud in proximity chat  This will add more funny moments to the game and SMPS and even servers could benefit from this greatly. Overall I think it is definitely a good idea to work on.
