mob actions: can be tamed by golden foods, it can carry 1 chest on its back and can transport items 10 item slots, also it scares dogs and rabbits, it spawns in oak forests and dark oak forest, it sounds cute and when eating chewing sounds come up

I feel raccoons should not be tameable by the player because they are wild animals. I would like to see them steal items from players and then run away. Right-clicking the raccoon would give the item back to the player. It should spawn in the poplar forest. Also them decreasing the level of composters would be a nice easter egg.
