10 year milestone cape

This cape is given to players who have owned an account for at least 10 years. Think of it as a way of showing appreciation for older players (since that has not been done yet) For its design, I do not think it should have a number since we already see that with the 15 year anniversary mcc cape.

    Still a great idea tho, cus I know I'll be playing this game as long as I'm able to
