better allays

honestly allays are kind of boring. they need more functionality.

allay's waltz: allay's waltz is a new record and when an allay hears it they will team up with another nearby allay and do a new exclusive dance to that record.

when a allay is listening to a record and a player sneaks and interacts with them while holding a block it will mine nearby blocks of the same type and give them to the player. the player can interact with the allay again to stop it. they will take half the normal amount of time it takes to mine the block.

build allays are yellow and can be found only in woodland mansions. when listening to music if interacted with by a player who is sneaking they will begin to build. the player has to give them blocks for them to build. build allays come in 2 variants: house will build a villager house and igloo will build a villager igloo.

name tagging a allay (build or normal) "Legendary" will cause it to look like minecraft legends allays.

when a normal allay finds a shot arrow on the ground it will pick it up if it is holding the same type of arrow (this works on both mob and player shot arrows).
