New Formatting Codes (§) For Text Shadows

Create a new section sign format code (perhaps §w) to remove text shadows. 

Dark text with a shadow looks quite terrible and it would be nice to be able to remove it within the lang files.

With the new change that allows text shadow customization in commands, having at least the ability to remove them in the lang files would be incredibly helpful.
