saving skin files

In the Minecraft Windows Edition, after buying a skin from the marketplace, you can't use it offline (without signing in) or in multiplayer. So, buying a skin doesn’t make much sense as it can only be used in online single-player.

There should be a skin-saving file where players can store skins and use or modify them to make valid skins for multiplayer and offline single-player
