Copper Blocks and Noteblocks

Copper blocks are in need of an interaction with noteblocks. I think the sound that noteblocks should make when placed on copper blocks should be related to the sound the copper horn would have made. I also think that how weathered the copper block is changes the sound. For example, a regular copper block would make the sound a copper horn makes but an oxidized copper block would add a mute.
