The confirmed date for the release of this in-game cape is Dec 7th, as stated on the Official Minecraft Shop Creeper Cape product page description. However, it doesn't specify anything about which edition the cape will be supported on.
This begs the question, will the Eyeblossom Cape be for Minecraft: Java Edition?
I would assume so, but you never know - so please Mojang, have it be for both versions.
