Bad Omen increases mob spawn rate

When you have the bad omen effect, nighttime mobs like zombies, skeletons, spiders and creepers should have a higher spawn rate, since it just makes sense. It could also be helpful at times. Maybe it could make skeleton horses more common in thunderstorms too, and could increase how quickly monster spawners can make mobs.

    This is an awesome idea, since the ominous bottles have no effect other than raids and ominous trials (and flex points, if you wish). Perhaps it increases the likelihood of thunderstorms (since those happen so infrequently)?

    It should increase mob spawn rate that have better armor and better enchantments, zombie siege should always trigger when nighttime (or only on full moon, because the raids could never be able to trigger at night with this).
