Breezes

I think that there should be a new weather pattern in which Breezes spawn in. Breezes aren't much fun when there only underground, so maybe they could spawn in a type of weather called a Wind Storm, were you get slowness facing one way, and swiftness facing the other?

  that would be cool. perhaps it could work for all mobs (except the breeze).

  Yeah! Neat idea. It doesn't really make sense that the breezes only spawn underground, where is no wind. This would be awesome!
