Adding an in-game history to Minecraft.

Mojang could add book+quills to certain drops in high risk environments, such as in the ancient city. They could come in presets of about seven or so different types. The language the book is in could vary based off of the language that the player has set their world to, bridging any language barriers. They could explain pieces of ancient builder history, maybe even describe their cities and nations at their prime, or maybe they could be diaries, travel logs, etc. This could add a more interesting story that could really engage more people in the game, and encourage players to really explore all of the amazing structures that Minecraft has to offer.
