The Shadow Stalker is a tall, ghostly figure cloaked in a dark, misty aura with faintly glowing green eyes. It has a translucent body, appearing as a blend of shadows and smoke, making it hard to see in dark areas. The Shadow Stalker spawns in deep caves, dark forests, and occasionally in the End. It’s attracted to places with very low light levels and often lurks in shadows. When a player comes near, it will stay hidden, stalking them from behind. If the player doesn’t notice it, the Shadow Stalker will slowly move closer and launch a surprise attack. Upon attacking, it inflicts a “Fear” status effect that makes the player’s screen dim and slightly blurs their vision, causing them to move slower and be vulnerable for a few seconds. The Shadow Stalker drops “Night Dust,” which can be used to create potions that grant night vision and invisibility, making it a valuable reward for those who can defeat it. Backstory: Legend has it that the Shadow Stalker is the spirit of a lost traveler, cursed to wander the darkness in search of lost treasures. It’s said that the more shadows it collects, the more powerful it becomes, feeding off the fear of those who wander into its territory.
