New Effect Mimicking Creaking behavior

maybe a new potion effect with the new resin. having similar mechanics to the creaking mob itself: the potion will give buffs or speed or whatever within a certain radius of a location. that location will be set at the location the effect is applied. this behavior could easily be inverted ina few different ways like debuffs in an area. or certain effects if player is outside a specific area. or locking a player in an area for the duration of the effect

    Maybe the potion would increase speed and attack, but it caused one to be slowed greatly after the effect wore off. For example, if it lasted for three minutes, you'd be slow and weak for the next 90 seconds after the potion effect was expired.
