Change settings for Minecraft pocket edition flat world

Well I have been playing Minecraft for a long time but there is a setting that makes me annoying me for a long time, in Minecraft pocket edition flat world setting, when I create a flat world and open its settings I can switch servival to creative mode without any warning sign that is not good, Just consider I show my world to my friends and they open settings and said we can switch between servival and creative mode, they will think I made everything in creative mode but I made everything by myself in servival, this is a big problem because and if you resolve it I can show my progress in media may be other players too . And as this problem is not in the Java edition so I think developers can fix it
