Minecraft Bedrock Edition has brought many great features and improvements, but offline multiplayer is something that many players miss. In older versions, players could easily connect via local network (LAN) or split-screen without requiring an internet connection. This was perfect for friends or families who wanted to play together without needing to connect to online servers.
Request:
Bring Back Offline LAN Play - Many players would appreciate an option to connect via LAN for multiplayer without needing an internet connection. This would allow smoother and more accessible multiplayer sessions for households and groups who may not have consistent internet access.
Enhance Split-Screen Mode - Improving split-screen for consoles and mobile devices, similar to the split-screen capabilities in older versions, would make it easier for friends and families to play on one device together.
Offline Profiles - Allow players to use guest or offline profiles to participate in offline multiplayer, similar to older versions. This way, they can still save progress and enjoy local play without online accounts.
Many Minecraft fans enjoyed these features in earlier editions and would love to see them reintroduced to Bedrock. Thank you for considering this feedback—offline multiplayer makes Minecraft more accessible and enjoyable for everyone!
