Cape Minecraft experience

I want to know if I buy tickets for the Minecraft experience and don't attend the event, can I still get activation codes for my accounts? I live in Brazil and it is difficult to visit places in foreign countries.

    Sadly, you'll be unable to get the cape since the ticket QR codes must be scanned in-person. This means that if you did buy any tickets, you will not receive any cape codes - unless you traveled to the event and attended.
