New Pillager- the Electromancer

This pillager called the Electromancer is all about lighting. This guy can be seen in raids, outposts and maybe even a new area if wanted. First of all, he looks similar to the evoker with green eyes and folded arms but wears long black pants and a black shirt with long sleeves. Both his pants and his shirt have bright orange decorations on them kinda like armor trims. He also has a bright yellow scarf where it's untied and has the ends hanging down(like how a pastor's scarf but a little shorter) Finally, he will have yellow symmetrical face paint around his head. He has two attacks, one is where he summons lightning on the player which burns the player but not the ground. His other attack is where he shoots shock charges (I'll explain that later) at targets. Both of these should have him do the attack animation from the Evoker. When he's slain, he drops shock charges(told you) similar to fire and wind charges. It looks like a yellow orb with lightning around it. When shot, it releases an electric shock in a 3x3x3 area which constantly damages anything that walks in them. It can be used in a dispenser and the electric shock will disappear after a bit.
