Resin blocks discourage Endermen from stealing blocks

Are you sick of Endermen stealing your foliage. Placing resin blocks create a radius in which Endermen will stay away from. This would make resin blocks be a big part of building gardens and cottage core designs. It would also give a reason to seek resin out.

Personally I think it would be really cool for construction blocks to have environmental properties (at least for the interesting ones like resin and copper) It would provide an extrinsically incentivized spark to to intrinsically motivated building.
