What do you think about all biomes have mini bosses?

Ideas: To the mountains with snow: A Yeti in a big igloo To the normal mountains(without snow): A giant Troll in a maze cave To the deserts: a Pharaoh in a way bigger pyramid To the badlands: an Orc An Urghast (like the Twilight mod) based on every Nether biome And so it goes.
