Lifesteal Enchant and Crafting Recipe for hearts

I want you guys to add the lifesteal enchantment that makes you when you hit somebody you steal part of their health.

I want you guys to make a crafting Recipe for hearts in minecraft and then people can have more than 10 hearts and the max is 20 hearts.
