Antigriefing command for Java and Bedrock

Add an antigriefing command to stop some entities from griefing specific places. Commands:/antigriefing remove (name), /antigriefing (allow/not_allow)(entities) (name), /antigriefing add (entities) (from:pos) (to:pos) (not_allowed_blocks:blocks) (name), /antigriefing add (entities) circle (to:pos) (radius:in_blocks) (not_allowed_blocks:blocks) (name)
